Hello and thank you for visiting my website.
As you will have already seen, my name is Connor Hall, and I have a fascination with nature and capturing those beautiful moments to share with the world. From a very young age I have been heavily involved within the arts and in creating visual compositions. Originally from Cumbria, but now live in Milton Keynes, I am a full-time Art & Photography teacher in a secondary school and a freelance landscape, nature and travel photographer. I began my photography journey during my A level's and degree where I explored a wide range of traditional film methods - 35mm, medium & large format - as well as experimental darkroom techniques and digital photographic processes. My obsession with capturing the natural world developed from my upbringing in The Lake District. It was during my degree studies in London I began to compare the difference of city living to that of rural countryside living. In an ever advancing technological world, and the increasing impact of climate change, I have witnessed society becoming more out of touch with the nature. I hope that by recording my own experiences with nature, those that cannot experience it for themselves, can appreciate how truly wonderful the planet we inhabit really is.
Please feel free to use the 'Contact' page to get in touch to ask me any questions about my work or to inquire about purchasing a print of my work.
